Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you use Tools. They are written to be read: what we provide, what we expect from you and where our responsibility ends.

Agreement
By using Tools, operated by bob.am in the Republic of Armenia, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Tools provides free online instruments for calculations, conversions, development and text work. Most of them run entirely in your browser.
We may add, change or remove instruments and features at any time, and we may pause the service for maintenance.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, use an email address you control, keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Rules.
Your content
What you enter into the instruments remains yours. It is processed on your device, and we claim no rights to it.
You are responsible for the content you process and for any request you send with the API client, including making sure you are allowed to access the systems you call.
Results
We work hard to make the instruments accurate, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results may contain errors.
Check important results independently before relying on them, especially financial, medical, legal or engineering figures. Calculators such as BMI or loan payments are estimates, not professional advice.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of Tools belong to bob.am. Open-source libraries used by the instruments remain under their own licenses.
You may link to any page of Tools. You may not copy the service as a whole or present it as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, bob.am is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Armenia.
Termination
You may stop using Tools at any time. We may restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless the law gives you the right to another forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use Tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
